As the first-class Freight Forwarder, Dalian International Transport Co. Ltd. can provide door-to-door services for customers’ goods import and export, including customs declaration, application for inspection, preparation of documents, forwarding, receiving or delivering goods. Our company has set up an office in Dalian International Airport. There, we have employed more than 40 staff, responsible for customer service, declaration, onsite support and vehicle scheduling, respectively. More importantly, we have signed Level-1 Agency contracts with Air China, Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, China Airlines and Uni Air.
1. Air transportation for goods import and export
Export air transportation operation flow:
Enquire/Offer—Entrust to book cargo space—Pick up goods and get the corresponding document—Prepare the waybill—Apply for inspection—Conduct customs declaration—Presents the document to the airline—Put in containers and install panels—Follow-up tracking—Prepare the account statement—File the receipts.
Documents required by export declaration of the air transportation:
Airway bill, trade contract, commercial invoice, box details (container list), electronic entrustment (or paper entrustment), and other documents required by the export.
Import air transportation operation flow:
Enquire/Offer—Receive the forecast—Prepare documents—Exchange documents with the airline—Enter the manifest information—Handle the cargo/Dump in the warehouse—Apply for customs inspection—Conduct customs declaration—Pick up goods—Deliver goods to the destination—Prepare the account statement—File the receipts.

2. Import and export of fast freight
Export of fast freight:
Our company has signed fast freight agency agreements with OCS, Fexdx, Tusho Express and DHL, thus we have advantages in price and services.

Enquire/Offer—Deliver goods by customers/Fetch goods on our own—Put goods in the monitoring area—Conduct customs declaration—Send goods abroad—Deliver goods to the receiver—Formulate the account state—File receipts.
Notes for fast freight export:
Provide the detailed address and information of the receiver (post code is required) and provide the authentic information of goods. Don’t export items expressly banned by the country. Batteries, plants, animals and liquids should be confirmed in advance before delivery.
Fast freight import operation flow:
Enquire/Offer—Receive the fast freight arrival notice—Prepare receipts—Exchange documents with the express company—Apply for inspection—Conduct customs declaration—Pick up goods—Deliver goods by the express company to the receiver—Formulate the account statement—File receipts.
Notes for fast freight import:
Goods sent by individuals or to Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan should be no higher than 800 RMB in value. Goods sent by individuals or sent to other countries and regions should not exceed 1,000 RMB in value. Imported goods sent by individuals will face an import tax levied by the customs, but, if the due import tax is no longer than 50 RMB, the customs can exempt the import tax. If the imported goods sent by individuals exceed the required limit, withdrawal formalities or customs clearance formalities should be handled in accordance with requirements of the customs. If the parcel contains one item, which is inseparable but exceeds the required limit, and if the customs approve this for individual purpose, customs declaration formalities can be handled in accordance with regulations on individual items.
3. Export chartered plane
Our company can provide export chartered plane services for customers at a lower transportation price and with higher transportation guarantee. We will help customers formulate transportation plans, coordinate with departments, including the air control and regulation department, the emergency command department and operation guarantee department, and offer the best ever services.

Contact the charted plane company to confirm the flight—Apply for the traffic right to confirm the flight arrival and departure time—Clear goods arriving at the airport by the customs—Airport apron loading guarantee—Take off on schedule—Confirm the departure of the flight.
4. Private items
Our company also undertakes import and export of private items, including luggage of students studying abroad, people working abroad, and guests visiting abroad as well as luggage of students returning to China and foreign personnel working in consulates.
Chinese residents going abroad should prepare the original copy of the passport (the passport is the long-term visa), invoice, cargo detail list, and import and export personal item application form.
