We can handle business in the following forms for our customer, including DDU, DDP, EXW, DOOR-DOOR, private items, plant migration, awkward cargo transportation and bulk cargo export agency services. Our company is the double-A customs declaration agency company authorized by Dalian Customs, and we provide customs declaration, inspection application, document preparation, manual management and other relevant services for customers. In the development zone, we have set up our own office, where more than 40 personnel, respectively responsible for operation, customs declaration, and onsite support. More importantly, our company has established a favorable partnership with various shipping service companies and international freight agencies along Dalian Port.
1.Sea transportation for import and export
Sea transportation flow for export:
Enquire/Offer—Entrust to freight space—Pick up goods and present the document—Put the goods in the warehouse—Conduct customs declaration—Put in box—Send the forecast—Provide follow-up tracking—Make the accounting statement—File receipts.
Documents required by customs declaration of export-oriented sea transportation:
Ocean bill of lading, trade contract, business invoice, box details (container list), electronic entrustment (or paper entrustment), and other documents required by export.

Enquire/Offer—Receive forecast—Prepare documents—Get delivery order from the shipping company—Conduct customs declaration—Pick up goods—Deliver goods to the consumer—Make the account statement—File receipts.

2. Personal items
Our company also undertakes import and export of private items, including luggage of students studying abroad, people working abroad, and guests visiting abroad as well as luggage of students returning to China and foreign personnel working in consulates.
Chinese residents going abroad should prepare the original copy of the passport, invoice, electronic ticket certificate, cargo detail list, and import and export personal item application form (the application form is not required of non-long-term passengers).
Long-term (non-long-term) foreign passengers going abroad should prepare the original copy of the passport, invoice, electronic passenger ticket certificate, cargo detail list, and import and export personal item application form (the application form is not required of non-long-term passengers).
Long-term foreign passengers going to China should prepare the original copy of the passport (the passport is the long-term visa), employment or student certificate, invoice, cargo detail list and the import and export personal item application form.
Non-long-term foreign passengers going to China should prepare the original copy of the passport, employment or student certificate, invoice, airport border entry application list, and cargo detail list. Chinese passengers returning to China should prepare the original copy of the passport, invoice, cargo detail list, and the airport boarder entry application list.
All the above requirements are targeted at personal items within the justified scope.
3. Domestic trade
We can provide domestic trade consignment services for clients. Currently, we have negotiated price with relatively large domestic cargo shipping companies, such as cargo space booking, taking delivery of goods, door-to-door delivery, etc.
4. Bulk cargo ship/Plant migration/Awkward cargo transportation
We can provide professional awkward cargo ship chartering and space booking, taking delivery of goods, packaging, lifting, packing, shipment, etc. We boast experiences of migrating plants for large-scale production-oriented enterprises and transporting awkward cargoes within 300t within China.
