Bonded warehousing
Established in December 2005, Di’an Logistics Co., Ltd. in Dalian Free Trade Zone boasts a total investment of 2 million yuan. So far, it has set up 13 standard bonded warehouses, covering a total area of 28,000 square meters, and an office of 380 square meters. To facilitate transactions, we have employed 35 experienced customs declarers and operators. Besides, we have 3 sets of 3.5t forklifts and 5 trucks, each for transportation and supervision of 5t dangerous goods. A temperature controllable Component Room has been built specially for customers. On the second floor of our warehouse, there is the Cloth Test and Store Division Center, through which we can directly transmit information to customers abroad. Our direct connection with the electronic data interchange (EDI) allows us to finish pre-entry and customs formalities on the current day. The warehouse floor is paved with the anti-static, damp-proof and dust-proof coatings. We have also equipped our warehouse with fire extinguishers. In various warehouses, visual monitoring cameras and security guards can guarantee the warehouse security around the clock.
1. Exit area

1.Customers should provide the whole set of customs declaration documents, invoices, case lists, contracts, and cargo commodity inspection records. All the documents should be in line with the cargo, because our company should declare to the customs based on these documents.

2.The truck carries the cargo clearing the declaration to Dayao Bay Bonded Port Area No.1 Gate. The driver can register and get a card in the IC card making center based on his driving license, and customs declaration number. After getting our company’s confirmation, the driver can swipe the card to get dutiable goods declaration area.

3.After the truck enters our company’s warehouse, our company will take the customs declaration form to the customs to apply for discharge. After the wagon balance data prove to be error-free, the customs declaration form is discharged.

4.The truck unloads to enter the warehouse, the truck swipes the card to get out of the bonded port area.

2. Entrance area

1. Customers should provide the whole set of customs declaration documents, invoices, case lists, contracts, customs declaration of goods with the legal scope of inspection, cancellation of commodity inspection for goods out of the scope of inspection. All these documents should be in line with the in-warehouse commodity information. Our company can take delivery of goods after applying for customs for discharge.

2.The empty truck comes to the No.1 Gate and makes it clear to our company what cargo to pick up. Our company will send personnel to give the original copy of the customs signified customs declaration form to the driver. The driver can register and get a card in the IC card manufacturing center with his driving license.

3.The driver can swipe the card to enter our company’s warehouse to load goods and sign for receiving the goods. After getting our company’s confirmation, the driver can leave, and swipe card to get out of the bonded port area.

3. Cargo from other special monitoring zone of the customs transferred to the bonded port area.

1. Customers should provide the whole set of customs declaration documents, invoices, case lists, contracts and customs transfer form. All these documents should be in line with the in-warehouse commodity information, because our company should declare to the customs based on the receipts.

2.After the customs in the place of dispatch discharges the cargo, the cargo is transported by the customs monitoring truck. The customs in the place of dispatch will put the custom-lock to the truck.

3.After the truck arrives at the No.1 gate of the bonded port area, and after getting our company’s confirmation, the driver can take the customs transfer form to the IC card manufacturing center, and get a new card to enter the bonded port area, then shifting to the customs transfer site. After the custom-lock is confirmed to be error-free, the customs transfer form and the customs declaration form are approved for discharge.

4.After the truck arrives at our company’s warehouse, the truck unloads the goods, which are stored in the warehouse. The truck then leaves the bonded port area.

4. Cargo in the bonded port area transferred to other special customs monitoring zone

1.Customers should provide the whole set of receipts, invoices, container lists, contracts and customs transfer lists. All these documents should be in line with the in-warehouse commodity information. Our company will declare to the customs. After customs declaration, we can pick up goods.

2.The customs monitoring truck should drive to the IC card manufacturing center with an empty load, and take a copy of customs transfer form to get a new card.

3.The driver should swipe the card to enter our company’s warehouse within the bonded port area for loading and signature.

4.The truck drives into the customs transfer site, waiting for the customs to add custom-lock to the cargo.

5.After getting our company’s confirmation, the truck can swipe the card to leave the bonded port area, and go to the customs area where it moves in for the next step of operation.

5. Border entry area

1.After the full container load cargo arrives at the port, the customers should provide a whole set of customs declaration documents, invoices, case lists, contracts, ocean bill of lading, bill of lading, and registration of cargo commodity inspection. Our company will conduct customs declaration based on the documents, and then get discharge. After customs clearance, Period 1 and Period 3 wharf can entrust the wharf logistics for harbor-to-harbor allocation.

3.(Less than container load) The driver drives to the card manufacturing center with an empty load, and take the customs declaration form to get a new card. With the new card, the truck can enter the bonded port area to pick up the cargo.

4.Send cargo to the warehouse, discharging into inventory.
